What every plan includes

Unlimited shows on every plan is the main reason networks and agencies look at Transistor. The download allowance is shared across the account, not counted per show.

What happens over the download limit

Transistor says that if you pass your plan’s monthly downloads, it will reach out and ask you to upgrade to the next level. There is no automatic shut-off, and your audio keeps serving to listeners. Budget for the next tier if you expect to stay over the limit, and use Enterprise once you pass 250,000 downloads or 3,000 private subscribers.

How private subscribers are counted

Each private subscriber gets a unique RSS feed, an email when new episodes go out, and personal episode pages. The limit is shared by every private show on the account. On Professional, that could mean one private show with 500 subscribers or five with 100 each. One email subscribed to several of your private shows counts once.
